ChalkStream® trout 2.2 - 2.5kg gilled and gutted with 7 day shelf life.  Easy to cook, a Gleamer is fantastic for large dinner parties, family occasions and summer BBQs. Generally serves 6-8 people the fish arrives vacuum packed and is suitable for freezing. Let us know in the checkout comments box if you need the fish to arrive for a particular date.
