A recipe card is  included to create a simple and exquisitely delicious dish of panfried ChalkStream® trout fillet, new asparagus and 'sauce vierge' to take your cooking to the next level.

2 x 260g ChalkStream® fresh fillet portion twin packs

2 x 200g bundles of fresh New Forest asparagus 

4 x 80g ChalkStream® trout and asparagus fish cakes

1 x 190g jar of Hollandaise from the Dorset Sauce Company

1 x lemon

Minimum 5 days shelf life for fresh trout and 3 days for the asparagus and fish cakes.

Fish cake Ingredients (allergy advice in bold): Hot smoked trout (FISH), potatoes, asparagus, onions, MUSTARD, lemon zest, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR), (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), lemon zest, sunflower oil, EGG seasoning.
