Brand new for Christmas 2024 - our beetroot cured gravadlax. Premium hand filleted trout sides cured in a traditional marinade of salt, sugar and dill and finished with a unique beetroot gravadlax dressing to create a wonderful balance of flavours and a beautiful colouring. The sides come D cut - an angled cut through the fillet producing medium sized D cut slices. Minimum 7 days shelf life and suitable for home freezing - minimum size 600g side.
